Our Vision

To build a compassionate and inclusive society where every abandoned, homeless and vulnerable individual is treated with dignity, receives the care they deserve, and is given an opportunity to live a safe, healthy and meaningful life.

Mission

Our Mission

  • Identify, rescue and rehabilitate homeless, abandoned, elderly and mentally challenged individuals.
  • Restore dignity and hope through shelter, nutritious food, healthcare, counseling and long-term care.
  • Reunite rescued individuals with their families and support their reintegration.
  • Provide timely humanitarian assistance — food, supplies, medical aid and emergency support — to disaster-affected communities.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, healthcare institutions, NGOs and volunteers.
  • Promote social responsibility and community participation against homelessness and social exclusion.
  • Empower children and youth through education, scholarships, tuition and spoken-English programs.
  • Raise awareness on mental health, family values and social inclusion.
