- Identify, rescue and rehabilitate homeless, abandoned, elderly and mentally challenged individuals.
- Restore dignity and hope through shelter, nutritious food, healthcare, counseling and long-term care.
- Reunite rescued individuals with their families and support their reintegration.
- Provide timely humanitarian assistance — food, supplies, medical aid and emergency support — to disaster-affected communities.
- Collaborate with government agencies, healthcare institutions, NGOs and volunteers.
- Promote social responsibility and community participation against homelessness and social exclusion.
- Empower children and youth through education, scholarships, tuition and spoken-English programs.
- Raise awareness on mental health, family values and social inclusion.
